AcademicWorks Fall Release:  Better Together and More Global Users


We are excited recently launched new functionality to support integration with the Blackbaud family of products and to to support the expansion of AcademicWorks across the globe! 

Improve accuracy and speed of donor reporting through integration with Blackbaud's Raiser's Edge NXT and Financial Edge NXT

  • Integration with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT allows you to transfer donor contact information into AcademicWorks Engage every day to use on donor reports along with scholarship recipients data and fund financial data. 
  • Integration with Blackbaud's Financial Edge NXT allows you to easily transfer fund financial data at the close of each fiscal period to into AcademicWorks Engage for inclusion on donor reports to improve the accuracy of donor reporting. 
  • Additional integration with Financial NXT are available with AcademicWorks Advance the allow users to transfer fund codes, descriptions and amounts at the end of each fiscal period. This information will help financial aid, scholarship professionals, and financial staff to communicate financial information associated with scholarship funds. 

AcademicWorks goes global! 

  • AcademicWorks now supports various currencies and date formats!

Brooke Grimes began her career in the nonprofit and higher education technology world in 2012 and has a strong passion for using technology to power social good. She currently serves as the Director of Marketing for AcademicWorks, the Scholarship Management, and Donor Reporting Platform. Brooke has spoken at conferences including the National Scholarship Providers Association, the Grant Professionals Association, and the National Grants Management Association. Outside of the office Brooke is a member of the Junior League of Austin and supports the nonprofit community in her hometown of Austin, Texas.
